has anybody here kept Datnoids? and to be more specificiallly, the silver variety, which is a brackish fish. i was curious about compatability with pufferfish. i know "NOW" the puffers are not big enough, but i was wondering about down the road, how they would fare with a silver datnoid maybe, i love the look of those fish. if the Gold Tiger variety wasnt nearly extinct and virtually priceless, id have have one in my south american tank. but the silver is brackish, and from what i read they grow pretty slowly, and i have the tank space for it at the time being, so i want to splurge and pick it up :D

I have never seen this fish but it is a nice looking fish.

If you are still wanting the Arowana Pet co had one the other day for 50 + bucks. If you call I bet they will hold it for you.

i decided against the arowana (silver aro anyways), even 8 feet is not big enough. a 48" fish in a 96" tank??
